the octopus can breathe through its eight legs. The eight legs have little holes in them that way the octopus breathe. Also the octopus belongs to the phylum mollusk. Octopus's are Ectothermic. And a structure for defense is they can flee very very quickly, expel ink, or use fast color changing camouflage. They eat shell fish such as clams and snails. They use there strong beak to puncture the shell of its prey and suck out the contents! Thanks you.
