Ogres in World of Warcraft seem to have a simple tribal structure, living in simple huts (such as in Tanaris) or in caves (such as in Stranglethorn Vale). Since the areas they live in generally also have a lot of medium-size and larger wild creatures, it can be assumed that they are hunter-gatherers, primarily carnivores.
Their tribes have Shamans as well as Witch Doctors, the difference seeming to be that class-wise, the Shamans drop totems and use Nature magic, while the Witch Doctors have spells akin to Mages or Warlocks. Some of the more powerful tribes (such as the Gordunni also have actual Warlocks among them).
In Outland (specifically Nagrand), Ogres seem to have been placed under the leadership of the one-eyed Gronn, the most powerful of which is Gruul the Dragonkiller. Their lifestyle seems to not have advanced at all from this change however, being still very primitive.
No ogres do not exist, there are however ogres in Norse mythology.
Ogres are mythical creatures that are typically depicted as living in remote, secluded areas such as caves, forests, or mountains. In folklore and fairy tales, ogres are often portrayed as being solitary beings who prefer to live away from human settlements.
Ogres are a race. Including both male and female ogres.
30 - 40 years, but only if they are strong. Most are killed in first 10 years
Hungry ogres are volcanoes waiting to erupt
The plural of ogre is ogres.
Ogres are always grumpy, and that is NOT good.
Ex, "The ogres were roaming the hillside."
Thorn Ogres of Hagwood was created in 1999.
Ogres originated in European folklore, particularly in French and British mythology. They are typically depicted as large, ugly, and grotesque human-like creatures that are often portrayed as malevolent and dangerous. Ogres have been featured in various fairy tales, folk tales, and fantasy stories throughout history.
Some say Ogres are descended from the Gronn, a race of giants from the world of Draenor.
Ogres are not always green, many ogre tribes are actually tan or yellowish in color. Ogres in Kalimdor are often blue as well.
