I got the sims generations and i typed in
testingcheatsenabled true
then i shift and clicked on the teen i want pregnant and i click
edit sim in create a sim
then make her into a young adult, you can do this for the other sim then get her pregnant then shift and click on her and make her into a teen again hope this helps!
