what you have to do train, go around the calm lands killing everything, make sure to stay close to the save sphere because when you touch it, it heals your HP & MP, make sure all your overdrives are full before the battle with Defender X, don't rely on Aeons to train, because only yuna gets Exp, when you use them.

Auron should have power break, and mental break ect. Use those and beat him down. Yuna should have Protect(use that), and Tidus Hastega or Haste (use it),

slice and dice overdrive with Tidus and shooting star with Auron, and Grand Summon With Yuna
