Use the grappling hook on the things sticking out of the ground. Use your grappling hook to make a rope on the one that are diagonal to each other. When it spits it's fireballs one will be hit and the other will try to sever the grappling hook. Repeat the process a few times until the masks on them are broken. Then when they do an attack, latch on to the stick and then its tongue. then while it's stunned slash it with your sword and repeat that a few times and it'll be dead.
