to v.i.p someone on stick arena ballistick you first need to have a lab pass.a lab pass is something you need to pay for.it's basically membership.If you have a lab pass then click on a user on the lobby. (it's below the stick arena ballistick games) go to the bottom next to the buttons named: "join private,create game, and logout." and click on add v.i.p.

When you have a Lab Pass, click on a username on the Player list to the bottom right. Once a name is clicked, a button below the list will appear, named "Add VIP". Click that button to add someone to your VIP list. VIP'ing them will allow them to join your Lab Pass games you create.
