I think you need to crack your disc you can find the crack in your installer disc.. How? 1.first open your installer CD gta4 2.find the folder the name of folder is crack 3.if you find the crack folder open it 4.copy the icon of gta4 that you see in crack folder 5.and go to your gta4(install first your gta4) 6.open the folder of your gta4 if you already install it 7.paste the crack...
