How do you activate all three windmills on legend of Zelda phantom hourglass?

if u look around,, you will see an map. look at it, it marks the windmills. when u get to the windmills, blow though the mic on tou ds, dslite or dsi. for all of them, their are sand cattapillars in ur way, get a bomb, throw it at them, then they will eat it and explode

If you are talking about the windmill puzzle at the back of the Temple of The Wind then you have to read the tablet which tells you which three windmills to activate. You go to the windmills that were specified and blow into the microphone. They will begin to spin and once all three are spinning you will get into the temple!

go and make yourself jump further by using the wind and eventually come to the entrance of the temple where you will find a small air hole use it to jump to arrive at upper hill move round to the north west corner and you will then find lumpy and walking to fast on it will make the creatures grab you (so rub hard to get yourself out of it to make sure that is impossible walk slowly amongst the sand the wind mill that you need will be marked on the first higher Land go on it the creatures here you marked on a board mark them on your map then gradually make your way to the specific wind mills to make the go blow really hard into your mic and they will spin do it to all three and the air coming from the temple entrance shall then stop.
