How do you activate codes in Super Mario 64?

There is a very easy way. once you have your GameShark code open up the cheat code screen and right click it will say "Add new Cheat..." or something simillar then click that put the name of the code where it says name and the code itself where it says value then "Add Cheat" and boom done its there.

There are many types of codes inserts. If you are using Project 64 emu, there is a cheat system. Go to cheats, and check in the code you want to use. If you want to enter in a cheat, right click and click add new cheat. You type in the code, you give it a name, and your on your way.
