How do you activate the console on cod black ops?

Options>keyboard>advanced>'enable developer console' and then press ~

If that don't wotk then try:

Right click on the game, select properties. Select launch options and put -console in the bar, and launch the game. The console should appear.

This will not work if you have a F2P (free-To-Play) account.

Well i hav the PC CoD4 and what i did to open it is go to options/multiplayer options then in there it should say enable console. hoped that helped :)

you got the main screen and go on options game options then console yes and there u go
