if you have updated your EZ-flash 5 to 1.65 you should have a cht map with a file "put cheats in here" after that make a XML-file (with datel's action replay code manager) save it (go to programfiles in the hardrive you 've instalt action replay code manager, chose the map datel and then action replay code manager after that chose the map local codelist, open the XML file ands chose file save as...) after that use an converter program that converts the XML file in a CHT file. copy the CHT file to the CHT map and voila,
PS: it should work for most games and cheats but not all.

If you mean like putting a massive code in with the help of a computer, then you can't. You can however add codes manually (not reccommended for long codes). Simply put your game in the AR and the AR in the DS/DSi it should recognize your game and at the top will be the "add code" option. use this to add codes manually. Sorry i couldn't help with the cord issue.
Just plug your AR into your computer/laptop and add the codes using code junkies it should have most codes including Pokemon modifier codes
There Should be an add code or add game function somewhere in the software
You can just add codes on to the AR manually, though it will take a while for some codes.
because AR's suck and Gamesharks are 10x better
select "add new code" at the top of the code list and enter the code, after naming it.
Use AR CODES
you use a USB chord
yes
insert the ar in the ds take the ar out (do not turn of the game) put the desired game you wish to hack in the ds there is an option that says add new code select that and name it then add the code after that it will appear in the code list
AR codes work by manually putting a code on or download it(depending which AR you have)
No. PMD3 doesn't use action replay
