How do you add a Wii remote while playing grand slam tennis on the Wii?

What i do is, press the home button on player 1 remote then go to the remote settings. click disconnect then turn on player 1 controller. once player 1 is on, turn on player 2, then exit these screens, and then continue. the player 2 remote should be on now.

When playing multiplayer recalibrate your second controller than click the second controller on the screen.
