Well, there are two main ways, either you can create new figures that are small circles or lines, add them, and add color to them, or you can insert a picture into pivot.

pivot 3.0 is one of the newest animating programs for pivot. It allows you to use and create figures on hinges and change their colour or size. Another great thing about pivot 3.0 is that now you can add sprites(images that are GIF or BITMAP) I strongly recommend pivot 3.0
To add another frame in a pivot table, you can drag a new field from the field list into the Rows or Columns area of the pivot table. Alternatively, you can right-click on an existing field, select "Add Field," and choose the desired field to include. This will create an additional layer of data organization, allowing for more detailed analysis. Make sure to refresh the pivot table to see the changes reflected.

There are different things you can do. Fields can be dragged if you open the field list settings. You can also add and remove fields. You can specify which fields you want as row, column and data elements. You can start a pivot table from the beginning and re-arrange what way you want to see the fields. It will also depend on the version of Excel you have as there are improvements in the more recent versions.
