Avoid the Tentaclaws, even though destroying all of them will weaken the Leechgrave, since it doesn't too much, then more Tentaclaws will eventually spawn again.
Instead, Glide right under the Leechgrave's sarcophagus, and wait until it opens up. Block until it closes back up, then do an aerial combo on it with the Kingdom Key+. Anticipating the Leechgrave's repetitive physical attack, be prepared to Block whenever necessary. When the Leechgrave spews toxic gas, quickly Air Slide or Glide away and constantly stay in motion while keeping an eye on the Leechgrave (by locking on to it). Once it seems temporarily dormant and the gas is gone, get back under it and continue.
Since you can't block the gas from hurting you, you've no chance but to escape, since being in that smoke counts as taking damage.
