Dr. Hare's Secret Lab is a purchasable mini-game in the Poptropica store, currently 250 credits. However, the game awards 50 credits for successful completion. The key item (pink rabbot armor) is not a costume, but is accessible for use. It is basically the same key card mini-game used on Race to Witch Mountainin 2009.
*NOTE -- If you enter the game from Super Power island and have your flying power, it can be used here instead of climbing around. Unless you land, the guards cannot detect you.
Playing the Game
Buy or use the Dr. Hare game from the Poptropica Store. Select it from your store items. Go right and climb to the entrance. Inside, go to the upper right and the character in the pink suit will explain the quest, which is to unlock the vault where the Rabbot Armor is stored. Go down and enter the door to the game space. You will have to retrieve the 3 key cards (purple, red, and blue) and avoid being caught by the drone guards.
- The purple card is at upper left, and you can open the purple gateway by pushing the box off the left side elevator to the left, onto the purple button at middle left.
- The blue card is at lower left, and you can open the blue gateway by pushing the box in the center over and down to the blue button at lower right.
- The red card is at upper right, and you can open the red gateway by pushing the box off the right side elevator to the right, onto the red button at middle right. (To reach the red gateway, use the left elevator or drop through the hole at bottom left. You will have to avoid the bearded guard in the center to jump to the gateway.)
* If you lose a box, return to the entry door, then leave and come back. The box will be restored and you will not lose your key cards.
* Being detected by the guards will teleport you back outside the game space door, and you can re-enter.
Once you have all three cards, exit through the doorway and return to the character at the vault area. You can access the Rabbot Armor and costumize if you wish (it does not become a permanent item). To exit, go the the upper left, and then out to the blimp through the left side of the carrot trail setting.
You receive 50 credits for completing Dr. Hare's Secret Lab.
