Move to the right. When you go down to get the explorers who are running below, make sure to time it correctly, because if you go to the left or right there you will be unable to complete the level. Once both explorers are eliminated, go: up, left, right, down, left, down, left, up, right, down, left...you should now be at the far left of the screen. Continue up, right, up, left, down, up, right, down, left (if necessary), right, up, right, down, left, down. Hope this wasn't too confusing!

Go up, then to the right. You have to time it right when you go down, or you'll have to try again. It will usually work any time you start when the explorer is on the right half. If you don't get it, wait for the explorer to calm down and try again - you can't go to the right from there or you'll be screwed. If you do get it, go [up, left, up, right, down, left, down, right, up, right] and proceed to the next level!
