Click to pick up either of the orange balls and use it to knock the other one around, to knock out all 12 of the square tiles along the left and right sides. When you get them all, the key falls down.

Now you can slide all three down, and the bottom one goes right into the bottom slot. Now slide up and one can go to the top slot. Slide it right and the third one goes to the far right and up.

*Caution! Avoid doubling up the penguins (overlapping each other). This can make them unable to go where they need to go.
