You shoot through the ice bloons and bonce them off the frozen bombs to a not frozen bomb and KABOOM! You have to get the missle in between the bloons, but it is a tight pinch. But... if you spread the bloons apart, you should be able to slide right in there. it is almost immpossible but have a go
