When i got to this mission I found it hard to beat as well so make sure your wii sensor is in a good place where it can pick up your wii remotes signal. Then look at the map on the left hand corner of the screen during the mission you will be able to see the jocks you need to target as they will show up as red x's on the map before you see them appear on the screen.
