How do you beat sunnycide on Mario luigi parents in time and on initendo ds?

There's a simple and easy way. Buy a LOT of Cannonballers and battle him. All you have to do is destroying eggs. After you free 5 Yoshis, they will push the Chomp Rock on him. He will then fall on his back and lose his defense. Always, when he's lying, use Cannonballers on him. This way, it's a piece of cake to defeat him.

To beat Sunnyside in Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time you need to break the five eggs around the boss. This will trigger an event that will expose a weak-point that you can take advantage of.

If you just attach Sunnycide directly, you will not hurt it much. If you destroy the eggs that it drops in front of it, Yoshis will pop out and try to drop that chomp rock on top of him. If they succeed (it takes about 5 of them to do it), Sunnycide will fall over and become much more vulnerable.
