How do you beat the GOAST Pokemon in the Pokemon tower in Pokemon red vershion?

I do this in three parts. It will take a short while to explain so please bear with me. Ok time for part one. You start by going to the northern entrance of Goldenrod underground. Go right until you get asked by a Rocket grun to put a Grunt uniform on. Do this and then make your way to the radio tower. Now you'll meet your rival and gain entry to upper floors, sweeping through the grunts on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Radio Tower. These are generally under level 30 but are mostly poison types so have antidotes ready. If you have searched the entire 3rd floor then you'll notice a door which won't open? Now go up to the 4th floor on the middle stairs and you'll battle another trainer or two and then climb the last stairs and you'll face off in another battle (possibly a executive who will pretend to be the director this time so be on your guard.) Win and then they'll give you a key to go into the underground basement. Now's a good time to heal your pokemon at the pokemon centre.

Part 2 is like this: Go to the southern entrance of Goldenrod underground. Go right immediately and use the key on the door. Save the game. You'll have a rival battle and he is generally in the low-mid 30's. Once you beat him, carry on until you get to the "door puzzle" where you have to press the switches in order and once you have got that right, make your way to the lower door and enter (you will battle a few trainers in the process) and make your way through the twists and turns, eventually getting to the real director. Talk to him and he will give you the Card Key needed to take out that pesky door. Go up the steps you just saw and you'll arrive in the pokemart. Exit to the main entrance and heal up if necessary.

Part 3 is as follows: make your way to the 3rd floor again and this time go to the door. You can now go past it! After here there are a few more battles and then once you beat the executives the director will catch up and thank you by either govong you the rainbow wing (Heart Gold) or silver wing (Soul Silver.)

To beat the GHOSTS (its whit an H :P) you have to be able to see them for what they really are, which is ordinary pokemon. You can see trough their "disguise" with an item called the "Silph Scope". You get the "Silph Scope" from the Team Rocket leader who is in the Team Rocket hideout in Celadon City (Take the road east from Lavender Town and go through the passage and you'll get there). You need this item to go on in the game.

If my memory serves correct, you need to find some sort of glasses that can be found at Silph Co. I'm pretty sure that's what you need to do.
