If you look closely, there are red cylinders on the side of the vehicle. run to hide behind one of the pillars and shoot that same cylinder with the machine gun every time the vehicle comes around. Eventually, the vehicle will explode.
tip: if you don't know already, hold L1 to come out of your cover to shoot. Release L1 to go back to behind your cover.
