Firstly, you have to collect the shell by bouncing of the flower head onto the wooden platform .You have to have the invisibility cap to beat the igloo. Surf on shell to slope with coins, go in the igloo, d the invisibility cap, back-flip over the wall, grab the cap, and go through the ice that covers the star.
