How do you become 10th prestige in call of Duty modern warfare 2?

When you get to Level 70, go to your Barracks menu. The Prestige button should be there. Once you prestige, that means you are First Prestige. When you get to level 70 again, you will go to Prestige 2, and so on.

Just in each prestige stage make it to the max number rank, then just hit the prestige button in barracks. Keep rank up and hitting that button and you'll be there in no time.
