How do you become a Black Ops?

you would have to join one branch of the military such as the marine corps then work youre way up to something like the special forces and if you make it good there im sure the government would give you some other options everything ive ever heard about them is just a rumor because most of guys in black ops or something have contributed there life to the military. but like anything else youd have to work you way up to and stick with one good skill that youre good at that they can use.

a host is chosen based on internet connection. if you have bad Internet connection then you aren't likely to get chosen to be a host of a public ranked game. but you can still host private lobbies.

By going to playercard, prestige. Once you are the specified level.
