How do you become a member in poptropica?

You can get a free Poptropica account, with a username and password, at Poptropica.com (no identification or download required).

Beginning in 2010, Poptropica introduced a premium paid monthly membership that allows players to use (but not keep) all of the Store items, Multiverse rooms, and features. Membership also gives 2 to 4 weeks of Early Access to any new islands being released. This is a monthly fee service that must be completed by parents, and can be renewed or terminated at the end of the billing period. The two methods being used are a major credit card or a Poptropica Gift Card (sold at retail stores such as Target and Toys R Us).

Poptropica now offers paid monthly memberships that include several features, including exclusive Early Access, a Multiverse room, and unlimited (but temporary) use of all of the Store items. Parents can order it by phone or by computer and should note that it will be automatically renewed.

Go to the website, follow the NEW PLAYER selections to create and customize your character, then begin the game. After awhile, you can save your character by using the SAVE button at the bottom right. This will create a username and password so that you can return to Poptropica right where you left off, using the RETURNING PLAYER log in.
