That depends on what you want it to be. If you wanrt the Eevee to evolve into a Flareon, you use a Fire Stone (found at Fiery Feild), or a Jolteon you would use a Thunder Stone. A Vaporeon you would use a Water Stone. For a Umbreon and my personal favorite Espeon, you would use a Lunar Ribbon or a Sun Ribbon. A Leafeon would use a Leaf Stone and a Glaceon would need a Ice Rock.
