How do you become pregnant on The Sims 3?

First you must have two sims of the opposite sex and they must have a high relationship. Then have either of them them click on the other and under the romantic social interactions click try for baby. sometimes you need to this a few times before your female sim is actually pregnant. after the social interaction is complete sometimes a tune is played which means your sim is pregnant. if you don't hear this its most likely your sim is not pregnant. but u will be able to tell once she starts getting the nauseous moodlet and vomiting.

You have to make sure that you are married and both of you are in a very good mood.

Then what you do is click on the option 'Kiss' or 'Make Out' (I can't remember which one it is) and a box should pop up on the screen saying 'Would you like to have a baby?' Then you click 'Yes' and choose what you want it to be called. Actually you don't have to be married you just have to be really close. You press "kiss" and they will kiss then a bubble will pop up asking if you want a baby. If so click yes if not click no.

buy a the love bed ''the one with the heart on the head bored'' have a sims get in it but use vibrate and they get in bed then do a new sims to join. and just do that a few times and then the game will asking you if you would like the have a baby

You Get 2 Lovers and put them in a double bed. click try for baby. ther should b a little tune at the end if it doesn't play then u hav 2 try again!

Ok, first click on the bed and relax. Then, click on your boyfriend and make him relax too ( if he or she is not in your active family, call him/her over.) ,then cuddle and kiss. Then click on your girlfriend or husband or boyfriend, and click on try for baby. then they go under the covers and start playing around about, then there is some baby music, to tell you that the girl is pregnant. Then to make sure, in the morning, she will vomit.
