How do you uninstall wow?

To cancel your subscription to World of Warcraft, go to your Battlenet account management page, click the game you wish to cancel, and click on the Cancel Subscription link that is in the license information box.

When you stop paying (cancel) your subscription, it is not deleted. All of your characters will still be there if you decide to come back at a later date, along with all the gear and gold that you had when you stopped playing.

If you are using Windows, you can uninstall WoW by pressing Start, going to Programs and World of Warcraft. There should be an uninstall option there. Alternatively, go into the World of Warcraft folder and use the uninstall utility from the folder itself.

The account is never really deleted. If you don't want to play anymore, just stop paying the monthly subscription. When your time runs out, your account will be locked so no one can play it, but you will still have all your gear and everything just in case you decide to start playing later.
