On Windows Movie Maker, play the video till you come to the point you want to capture an image from. Pause video and use step forward or step backward till you find a frame with nomotion blur. at the bottom right corner of thevideo pane, click the icon that looks like a camera, and a window will open. The image on the screen will be saved to your computer.
