How do you capture the tireless thief in poptropica?

On Counterfeit Island, get out of jail and get the timecard from the guard at the Clown Store. Go to the museum and check the surveillance videos in the Security Room. You can get a picture of the crook (the shady guy) to show to the people Downtown.

On Mystery Train Island, talk to each of the passengers to get clues as to the sequence of events on board the train. As you collect more clues, you can go from car to car to investigate them.
