How do you catch Regirock on Pokemon Sapphire?

The first thing to catching the Regi Pokemon is unlocking the entrances to their tombs - this is done through the Sealed Chamber. To get to the Sealed Chamber, make sure you have a Pokemon that knows Dig, Surf and Dive; then head to Pacifidlog Town and Surf West and keep to the bottom of the ocean current. Soon you'll come across a dive spot. Dive there and follow the path until you come to a rock with dots on it - the dots are Braille and it is very important in catching the Regi Pokemon. The dots you are facing say "Go up here." So use Dive and you will be in the first room in the Sealed Chamber. In the first room is the Braille alphabet in order from the topmost left pillar. The large pillars have the letters while the two small pillars have a "." and a "," on them. These pillars are important if you ever lose the Braille decoder sheet - but otherwise of no use. Head to the wall with more dots on it, there is the entrance to the second room. Face in between the dots and follow the instructions on the wall "Dig here."

Now you are in the second room. The small pillars to the sides tell the story of the Regi Pokemon:

"In this cave we have lived."

"We owe all to the Pokemon."

"But, we sealed them away."

"We feared it."

"Those with courage, those with hope."

"Open a door. An eternal Pokemon waits."

At the end of the room, the Braille code states: "First comes Waillord. Last comes Relicanth." Follow the instructions. Then the Regi's tombs are open.

Regirock in the Desert Ruins on Route 111 (the desert). Once you're in the desert, make your way South and you should find Regirock's tomb. In the tomb, the Braille says: "Right, right, down, down. Then use Strength." Follow these instructions and the door to Regirock should reveal itself. Then go through, and Regirock should be there.

Remember to save before this because if you faint Regirock, you can never see it again.

You need to go to Pacifidlog town.Go west And find a dark hole inside the currents, it is closer to the bottom. Surf near the bottom to find the hole. Use dive. You need to have a Wailord last in your party and Relacanth first in your party. Use dive in the hole and trvel to the end of the tunnel, you will find a Braille. Then, use dive there. Use dig in the fron of the baile that is at the wall in the fron of the room farthest from the water. All regis are unlocked if the cave shakes.

Regiceis located at the mountain near dewford town(route 105). When in the cave, press A on the braille and wait until door opens.

Registeel is near the safari zone to the westnorth(route 120). When in the cave use fly in the middle of room.

Regirock is at the dessert(route 111). Go in front of the braille, then walk right 2 times and down 2 times then use strength.

Save in front of it. Then battle it. If it's shiny: YAY! If not: Soft reset (A+B+Start+Select) and repeat until shiny. It does take a loooong time though. I have a shiny Rayquaza but it probably was worth the hours!

To get a regirock in emerald you have to go to pacifidlog town and make sure you have wailord as your first pokemon and relicanth as your last then surf towards the current (left of pacifidlog town) then follow the current until you get to a diving area (you have to try this a couple of times to get a strategy of how to do this) and once under follow the path to some braille (dots that say go up so go up where you are then once you get there read the braille and then do what it says (either dig or cut or one of the HM 's) then you read the next one and it says "first comes wailord then lastcomes relicanth when you read this with those pokemon it will say a noise was heard somewhere far away then get rock smash then to the desert and you will find a cave then read the braille which reads go left left down down and use rock smash then the door will open to encounter regirock
