First you have to defeat The Elite Four and tThe Champion then go to the weather station near Fortree City and talk to the guy at the second floor and he will tell you that there is some weather changes in a route. then just check out the route searche for a cave if its groudon if its kyogre searche for a place to dive:) Good Luck they are both level 70!! (and hard to catch) bring lots of ulta ball's:)
