How do you catch kyogre in Pokemon emerald?

After you beat the Elite Four, go to the weather center upstairs and talk to the guy standing next to the computer all the way to the left. He will tell you about the route between Rustboro and Venduraf. Go inside the cave between those cities. when you are at Venderaf's end of the cave (near the entrance) and go tothe left and you will see another exit. Go through it and you will see a guy with black hair trying to find his glasses. I don't know where the glasses are, and you don't need to find them. go up the stairs to the north and go through the entrance there. Go to the end of that cave and then you'll find that legendary fire-ground pokemon. You can catch it with a master ball. Then go back to the weather center, talk to the guy again, go to the sea route he mentioned, and find a dark spot that's not usually there and dive in it. Keep going until you find an entrance and go up once you're in it. You'll find an underwater cavern/cave. Go to the end of it (there's no puzzles) and you will find Kyogre. Catch it with a master ball. Hope I helped. :)

Answertalk to the guy on the second floor at the building at route 119 and he will say there is rain at a route go there and dive at a dive place that's not usally not there its the place where you catch KYOGRE.

You have to defeat the Elite 4.

Once you do, there will be a new dive spot that's made on either Route 105, 125, 127, or 129.

To find out where the dive spot is, talk to the man at the Weather Institute, the same one whom gave you the Castform after beating Team Aqua, and he'll tell you where the dive spot will be located.

The moment you find the dive spot, Dive under and make your way to the top.

As you reach the shoreline, head straight. The cave is small and doesn't hold any items, but Kyogre will be there regardless.

you can't catch kyogre on ruby but you can trade it from emerald or sapphire.you can also hack your game.if you trade, i suggest you trade it from emerald because when you catch kyogre in emerald it will be level 70 so you should trade it from emerald to ruby.

you can catch him easy but first you have to do some things beat red. the hardest guy i have ever battled then get your Pokemon from pro. oak[i got squirtle]then go and talk to mr. Pokemon he will give you a orb then talk to pro. oak he will tell you about the legend of the tower of something its NOT IMPORTANT then go to cianwood city and head toward the safari zone now i think i forgot something when you enter the cave to the west of cianwood city use rockclimb and yo wil get something go back up use the next cave entrance go in go down the ladder surf to the west and you will find a cave entrance you should probobly get some dusk balls that's what i caught mine in it take like 20 get kyogre in the red and start throwing pokeballs and hers a tip hold down r and l and press a repeatedly hope this heps

Ask the weather man at he institute and he will tell you there is strange weather at a certain place, go there and then catch them i recommend stunning it and then a ultra ball -good luck~
