How do you change difficulty on Resident Evil five?

choose "chapter select" on the main menu and choose your desired chapter then it asks you what difficulty

You have to finish the game first and then you can get profesional mode. All you have to do is on select new game and it says normal and profesional.

There are two mode difficulties in Resident Evil 4. Normal or Profession mode. All's you have to do is simply do a new game and choose the mode that you want.
