The default Blizzard interface includes Stance bars, which will replace your normal bar if in a particular form or stance. Examples are shifting to Bear or Cat form as a Druid, Shadow form as a priest, or Defensive/Battle/Berserker stances as a warrior.
To see this bar, simply change into a particular stance, and you will be able to alter the abilities slotted in that bar. At any time you get into a stance, that bar will pop up.
On most addon-generated action bars, you can also use the scroll button of the mouse to scroll between bars.

The three types of deadlifts are conventional, sumo, and trap bar deadlifts. They differ in the stance and grip used. Conventional deadlifts have a hip-width stance and hands outside the knees. Sumo deadlifts have a wide stance and hands inside the knees. Trap bar deadlifts use a hexagonal bar and a neutral grip.
Because some abilities can be used in any stance. You can drag and drop the abilities you want onto the action bar while you are in a stance and then switch stances and put the abilities you want for that bar.
