How do you change your armor in Halo 3?

When you pause the game you need to scroll right and go down to appearance. There you can change your armor type, color, and emblem. Note that you can only change it on the title screen and that it only shows up in multiplayer mode.

You can get a shield in Halo but you have to search for it and it doesn't last long and of your asking for extra armor pieces I have no clue :^)

If you are asking how you change your armor, your emblem and colors for then press start go right and then go down to 'Change Appearance' and then change it all from there.

you go to menu then click attire then you'll realize that all i said was a bunch of bull cuz i don't even have halo3.

When you are on the Reach game press the start button on your controller. Go right to Amour. All the options are right there.

On the menu hit start and scroll right until you find appearence. You can't change armor but you can change characters for firefight mode.
