To change your specialisation on halo 4 you first need to reach lvl 50 on your Spartan IV. Once you have done this you have to select the specialisation from the career section of the menu found when you press the start button in the game. each of them have different attributes that will enhance your gameplay. For example the rouge specialisation reduced flinching when being shot at. Each of the possible 9 specialisations has 10 levels.
