Skulls can be found in every level of Halo 3. Once you find the skull in the level, you can simply pick it up the same way you would grab a weapon. Each skull can be turned on in the campaign setup menu. They all change the gameplay in a diffent way. Gold skulls can award achievements and when turned on, they will increase the score for the level's score achievement.
