Very simple. Think long and hard about this though, before you erase your entire town. (This is for AC:City Folk, I don't know about the other games.) Anyway, In the main menu before you start playing, when you see rover, click on one of the options that says Settings or something like that. It might be under "other things..." you'll find it. Somewhere in the menu, it should give you an option to demolish your town. Of course in other words, start a new game. Easy peasy. Click that, rover will seemed shocked, but continue on. :)
When you go on the menu that says continue and new residant click other things and click distroy town.
