How do you clone a Pokemon in emerald version?

once your able to get to battle frontier go to battle tower. it`s the biggest building with someone running back and fourth in front of it.go to the PC. deposit the Pokemon you want to clone in an empty PC box.then exit the PC and save in front of it. then get those Pokemon out of the PC. go to the closest lady near the PC. she`ll ask you if you want to take the battle challenge. once she says you must save, there will be a stop. then the save thing will come up. when it says saving don't turn off the power, turn it off. then go back in the game. it will say the save file has been coruppted. that`s ok. then you`ll see those Pokemon in your party and PC! now you just cloned Pokemon! to clone items, just let the Pokemon your cloning, hold it. i did my first clone on my starter sceptile so i get get one on pearl too. i let it hold a master ball. now i have more than 30 sceptile and masterball! hope i helped!
