Basic controls are like running and jumping and sitting

You can either buy it in Dalaran, Outlands, or Storm Peaks! You can buy the mount in either Dalaran or outlands! 1000g for the 150% speed 5000g for the 280% speed
There is no Warlock flying mount. The only class-specific flying mount I know of is the Death Knight mount, Winged Steed of the Ebon Blade, which costs 950g. The only two Warlock specific mounts are the Felsteed (earned at lvl 20) and the Dreadsteed (earned at lvl 40).
The Darkspear Raptors are troll mounts. If you want the troll mounts you have to get exalted with the Darkspear Trolls and then you will be able to buy their mounts from the troll mount vendor in Sen'Jin Village.

Assuming you mean mounts. You need to have learned the mount by using the item they provide in the backpack. Then you open your spellbook and open the "mounts" tab.
