How do you craft a bed in mine craft?

You press E to open your inventory and there should be a bed there somewhere. click on it to add it to your on-screen inventory. Press the number which corresponds to its place on the list i.e. If the bed is third to the left press key number 3. When you have a bed in your hand, right-click on the area where you want the bed to go.

put 3 wooden planks in the middle row in your crafting bench

put 3 wool in the bottom row

right click to place on the floor

right click on the bed to sleep(only when nighttime)
