if your talking about 'ice queen la saia' then all you need to do is use the cat girl to shoot at her when she has the force field around her and as soon as it disappears use the genie you got earlier in the game to shoot at her until the force field returns. i find that fire type wepons work better against her and also this does actually work even if it does take some tome... it took me about half an hour non-stop to defeat her so dont give up!! :) hope this has helped x
