How do you delete your saved progress in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time?

After the title of the game, you will be brought to the opening menu. Of the many options, you should be able to see 'Exploration Record', close to the bottom of the menu; select this option. From there you will be given a smaller menu with options, one of which says 'Delete Saved Game Record' - or something to that effect. This is the option you select to delete your entire saved data and start the game all over again. Be aware that once you have deleted your game data, you may never recover it again.

If you mean delete your save file then go to 'exploration record' in the main menu and choose 'delete save data'.
