How do you disable alt cheats Grand Theft Auto 4?

To put in codes you have to press the button to take out you phone, once in your phone, press the button you used to take it out again to go to the number dialing screen. And type in the code numbers. To find codes, go on to YouTube and type in "Gta 4 codes" and scroll down to a video with a light blue background and white writing. All the codes you will need are there.
