Firstly, GPQ stands for Guild Party Quest. Therefore, you must have a guild.

Go to perion and then make the trek to "Excavation site ". When you're there, the rules are alike a PQ (Party Quest). Look for an empty channel (or one with a low queue) and apply by a girl whose name I have forgotten... Only either the master or jr.master of the guild can apply for a GPQ. Then you merely must have all the members you wish to play talk to that girl whose name I have forgotten, still.
