How do you do the quest selena's ethereal summons on HorseIsle?

I'm guessing you are referring to the Horse Isle quest.Right?

Well Then

After talking to Selena, go to the empty hut beside the Shellton library and use your binoculars. Then it should say this:

In a high corner of the cabin you spot a very small glowing man. Is he floating?

You have found Higgins.

Step out of the building after finding Higgins and then step back in so you can talk to him.

Higgins asked you to collect Tea Tree Bath Salts and Spiced Apple Cider.

To get the bath salts, go to the racing steward in Appleton he will tell you he left his salts in the equestrian park racing arena, go there and use your magnifying glass. It should say this:

You easily spot a large supply of bath salts on the Steward's desk.

You got a large package of Tea Tree Bath Salts.

Next, go to Abigail in Chillton(SnowIsle). She will have the hot apple cider.

Go back to Higgins and give him the supplies! He'll give you the location of treasure.

You Completed Selena's Ethereal Summons! You earned $8000 and 100 quest points.
