How do you double your Pokemon in emerald?

Here is a glitch that allows you to level up quicker:

1. Obtain a Rare Candy

2. Go to the PC in the Battle Tower.

3. Give the Rare Candy you'd like to clone to any Pokemon in the PC via the Move Items option.

4. Exit the PC and save the game.

5. Take the Rare Candy from the PC that you initially stored in step two.

6. Talk to the lady behind the counter closest to the PC (The one furthest to the right).

7. She will ask if you want to make a challenge. Select Yes and choose "Open Level" and any two eligible Pokemon from your party.

8. She will tell you that you must save the game before making a challenge and ask you if that is OK. Select yes.

9. The game will freeze for approximately 2 seconds.

10. After, but not during, the freeze, turn off the game. It is not necessary to save again. Turning the game off during the pause may result in a permanent loss of game data.

11. Once you've turned the game back on, the cloned Pokemon and Rare Candy will be both in your bag and in the PC.

put whatever 1 u want 2 level up in the daycare find a mud hill and use ur acro bike on it and since u cant ride up put a heavy book or something on the up button to u keep moving back and forth so the pkmn in the daycare levels up really FAST

After you beat the elite four, go to the end of victory road and Wally will be there. Battle him and if you beat him, exit the cave, then re-enter and you will be able to battle him again.

If your training a Pokemon that was traded to you that Pokemon receives double exp points when it wins a battle also if a Pokemon holds a lucky egg it will receive double exp points.
