you cant, there's no 3DS emulator yet because the 3DS hasn't been hacked yet and there's no 3DS games for download also.

Correction, there are 3DS games to download. If you were quick enough to download some before they were removed. I myself have a copy of MK7, and SM3D Land. But it is true that there is no emulator.

I don't think there is one sorry. The most recent is the playstation 2 emulators which are rather unstable at the moment.You will have to wait ontill the next xbox comes out before the emulator will.
